Technical Assistance
Who is eligible?
COCE technical assistance and cross-training is available to States, cities, counties, tribes and tribal organizations, community-based providers, educational establishments, criminal justice related entities, and other social and public health providers seeking to enhance their ability to serve individuals with co-occurring disorders.
How to Request Assistance
Requests for assistance may be made:
1) Through contacting a COCE TA Specialist at (301) 951-3369, or
2) By downloading a TA Request From, completing the inquired information, and returning the form to COCE as an attachment to
A TA Specialist will contact you to discuss the details of your request and conduct a more thorough assessment.
When the assessment is complete, a TA Recommendation will be developed and submitted for federal approval. All COCE TA requests must be federally approved prior to implementation of the assistance.
